At Infamous Paintball, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for the field. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in brand-new condition with all original tags, manuals, and protective films intact; items that have seen field use cannot be returned.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Place your items securely in a shipping box along with a copy of your invoice and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse technicians inspect your gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
